Apply a couple of drops to the palm of your hand and rub hands together. Cup hands and place in front of your nose. Take a deep inhale through the nose and an audible exhale through your mouth. Repeat this three times and only the final exhale, with your eyes closed, say one thing that you are grateful for. Then apply to your hair. Instantly feel more calm, grounded and relaxed.”
