We sell products for a number of small independent businesses who all have their own processes for handling returns. We therefore abide by the vendor’s returns policy whose product you wish to return. If you haven’t received return instructions with your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, stating the order number and your name in the subject line. We will then advise you on how to proceed with your return.
You must inform us within 14 days of receiving your order if you want to return it. You then have another 14 days to return the product, in a perfect re-saleable condition, to the vendor (or to an address instructed by us) at your own cost unless the vendor offers free returns. Please provide a reason for your return. In this instance we would not refund any original delivery charges. Some vendors are offering an extended return period during Christmas.
You have a legal right to a full refund of delivery charges if the product is faulty. Please return faulty items in their original packaging.
We will reimburse your costs of returning a product in the event that it is faulty.
