Founded 25 years ago, the Lantern Arts Centre is a venue to celebrate and encourage community and creativity in Raynes Park and beyond. Everyone is welcome here!
We are a faith-based charity offering a wide range of activities including: regular community productions at an affordable ticket price, a thriving youth theatre and children’s theatre club, dance and acting classes, a community choir, film clubs and activities for toddlers.
There’s something for everyone at the LAC and you can be sure of a warm welcome here.
The LAC does three major theatrical productions a year: pantomimes, musicals, small and large cast plays, comedies, classics and new writing. These shows are of a high standard and are a ‘must see’ for the regular visitors to the LAC. They also have small studio productions from external companies or the LAC.
