Choose a right haircut
That will most likely be a heavy, one length cut. This reduces wispiness and maximise thickness at the ends plus it will keep the ends more healthy. Layers can be helpful sometimes as they are responsible for a height, volume and movement. But on fine hair only very top section can be layered. A good stylist will advise you on how short and how much of a layer can be done. That will be determinated by how fine your hair is.
Choose your hair products carefully.
Shampoo
There are shampoos design specially for fine hair. They will make your hair feel slightly dry but this will help with more lift and fullness.
Conditioner
We don’t advise this to be used on super fine hair as it adds smoothness and weight. That will make your hair greasy very quickly. However, a tiny amount of very light conditioner can be used just at the ends to make it easier to brush and then you just rinse quickly. No live-in conditioner is advised for use on fine hair.
Styling products

Get your styling technique right!
A good stylist will show you a few tricks on how to style your hair for better results. Try applying Volumizing Roots Spray then dry your hair upside down. You may have to use a round brush to smooth your ends. Some old school solution can also be handy like velcro rollers or back combing.
