UPPING YOUR GAME
As a former British pole vault champion and Zodiac on TV’s Gladiators, I have been passionate about fitness and sport all my life. In fact the power we had on Gladiators to engage and influence a generation of kids and families is something I have never forgotten and I’ve made it my purpose ever since. In my 20’s I developed CICA Superschools, a UK fitness initiative with various sporting personalities which grew from 30 schools – to 650 schools in a year.
Our aim is to engage, inspire and instruct, to meet all levels of skill and experience and provide them with truly beneficial knowledge and skills of sport, activity and life.
