I have formulated in both fragranced and fragrance free. The fragranced version contains Frankincense, Chamomile and Lavender, 3 essential oils that are very personal to me. They have been my go to oils over the last couple of years to help with my stress levels, calm me and ground me. I welcome you to take part in this ritual the way that I do. Apply a couple of drops to the palm of your hand and rub hands together. Cup hands and place in front of your nose. Take a deep inhale through the nose and an audible exhale through your mouth. Repeat this three times and only the final exhale, with your eyes closed, say one thing that you are grateful for. Then apply to your hair. Instantly feel more calm, grounded and relaxed.”
