Leonie Wright is a nutrition coach and the founder of EatWright a nutrition consultancy for women in Surrey. Leonie’s mission is to stop women from going on diets. Instead, she helps them to make long lasting changes in their eating habits so that they can become healthier, lose unwanted weight, and feel great. Leonie has written 3 recipe books of which the last one, CookWright Forever, was launched just before Christmas 2020.
She is passionate about helping women to be the best versions of themselves by eating the right foods. She firmly believes that we are what we eat and that nourishing our bodies with nature’s food is the key to enhancing our health, vitality and state of mind. Mostly our bodies can heal themselves if given the ‘wright’ foods, and a healthy diet generates benefits in every area of your lives.
The EatWright Club Online
Leonie works with clients in different ways. Through her cookery books, in which all recipes are gluten-free and sugar-free, easy to make and very tasty.
