One of the highlights this season is The Winter Nyetimber Terrace, where Cliveden’s alfresco terrace has been transformed into a magical Winter Wonderland. The House Party
This festive season, guests can celebrate in style with Cliveden’s ‘Three-Night Christmas House Party‘. From expertly curated dishes, together with indulgent Laurent-Perrier Champagne, to sleeping in luxurious rooms, Christmas at Cliveden is guaranteed to be remembered. House party guests will arrive on Christmas Eve and be dazzled by lights, elegant decorations and the smell of mulled wine, before a traditional afternoon tea.
Later, guests will enjoy a Laurent-Perrier Champagne canapé reception with carol singers, followed by a delicious three-course dinner. The following day celebrations start with a bountiful breakfast before spending the morning exploring the glorious grounds or relaxing in the spa. As the sun sets, guests will enjoy a delicious Christmas Dinner like no other.
After a well-deserved Boxing Day lie-in, a delicious brunch buffet will be served followed by an exclusive ‘Butlers Tour’ to soak up Cliveden’s iconic history. The evening brings another delightful Black Tie dinner with plenty of live entertainment.

Christmas Lunch at the Astor Grill
Located in the charming old stable block, which once housed Lord Astor’s most prized fillies, The Astor Grill is full of character offering a simple and informal approach to dining at Cliveden. This Christmas Day, the restaurant will serve a delicious feast.
Guests will be greeted with Laurent-Perrier Champagne and Canapés on arrival before being spoiled with lovingly curated dishes. Start with the 66 Cliveden Prawn Cocktail, enjoy a Roasted Copas Farm Turkey for main and then indulge with the Cliveden Chocolate Orange for dessert. The vibrant but relaxed setting of The Astor Grill provides the perfect base for a family Christmas Dinner.

Festive Afternoon Tea
From the 22nd November, Cliveden’s decadent afternoon tea will be given a festive twist, rest assured mulled wine and mince pies will be on the menu, as will light turkey and cranberry sandwiches, pigs in blankets and perfectly aged Christmas cake wrapped in marzipan and crisp white icing.
