For the first time ever, the UKs largest touring food and music festival, Pub in the Park, will be coming to Wimbledon. They will be bringing a serious selection of treats! From legendary chefs, Michelin-starred pubs and restaurants to delicious food and drink & fantastic music.

Come along to enjoy seeing some of the hottest new talent in the food world. You’ll see TV favourites and some highly acclaimed Michelin-starred names. Celebrity chef, Simon Rimmer, will be one of the stars hosting the new leg of the tour. Alongside him will be local foodie heroine, Leyla Kazim and Saturday Kitchen’s very own Matt Tebbutt!
There will also be an impressive array of top-notch pubs serving delicious food. All in their own signature style. Get ready to get your chops round some of the best food in the country. The pub line-up includes king of Indian cuisine, Atul Kochhar Restaurants, the king of Indian cuisine the legendary Andrew Pern’s The Star Inn, from the Great British Menu, Stephen Terry’s very own The Hardwick, Joshua Moroney & Mursal Saiq’s Cue Point – celebrating the best in British Afghan fusion BBQ, Cyrus Todiwala’s award winning Café Spice Namaste and more!
They’re also treating you to some great music acts who will undoubtedly get your feet and hips moving and grooving! Music line-up includes Faithless DJ Set & Sophie Ellis Bextor (Friday evening), Soul II Soul (Saturday afternoon), Basement Jaxx DJ Set (Saturday Evening) and Toploader (Lazy Sunday session), as well as performances from Björn Again, Huey Morgan DJ Set, Stereo MCs, The Brand New Heavies and Bob Marley Revival.

How it all began
Pub in the Park was the brainchild of Tom Kerridge. He was born and raised in Gloucestershire and joined culinary school in Cheltenham, aged 18. That’s where he first fell in love with the industry. His kitchen career then kicked off in country houses and hotels across Gloucestershire. There he worked as a junior chef. Next in his early twenties, Tom moved to London. He began to work with the likes of Philip Britton, Gary Rhodes and Steven Bull from whom he learnt and grew his skillset.
He later became the head chef of Adlards, a Michelin starred fine dining restaurant that served modern British food. It wasn’t until 2005 that Tom’s restaurant journey began at The Hand and Flowers of Marlow, where Tom and his wife Beth turned the run-down pub into a Michelin starred gastropub in the very same year. With Pub in the Park he wanted each festival to celebrate everything there is to love about the glorious British pub. From delicious food, award-winning chefs to chart-topping music and great drinks. But most importantly, a fantastic time with friends and family.

At Pub in the Park Wimbledon, pull up a seat at the Chef Demo Stage and be inspired to re-create incredible new recipes at home. You can also keep the little ones entertained in the dedicated Kids Area with crafts, games, and more – there’s plenty for all to do.
