Our quotations are free of charge with no obligation and provide a breakdown of works included. We discuss the project with our clients in detail to ensure we achieve the specification they require on each individual project. We source and supply all the quality materials we use when and where required. We will also offer advice to clients who wish to source their own fixtures and fittings; recommending reliable, quality local suppliers. We are fully insured and covered by all aspects of Health and Safety legislation. Our sub-contractors are fully qualified tradesmen. We will provide full certification of works to current Electrical and Gas Safe requirements. We provide full guarantees for all our work.
We don’t just build, we develop a relationship with our clients. We take the worry out of any building problems, dealing with planning and design and following the whole project through to the end in consultation with our clients. This covers architectural plans, planning applications and building control.
