When it feels as if ‘life gets in the way’, it usually is you getting in the way through your way of thinking and behaving. So-called self-sabotaging. My coaching focusses on understanding what is going on and more importantly how you can take control of your life again. This applies to anxiety, feeling stuck, insecure or lost. With a background as a psychotherapist, counselling tutor and meditation teacher, I use a range of tools and techniques (hypnosis, mindfulness, NLP, EFT and energy techniques) to support you to move away from where you are. To a place where you are in control of yourself and lead a life that supports your happiness and well-being.
