Thursday 6th June, Brasserie Blanc Fulham Reach launched the Brasserie Blanc x Lanson Champagne Terrace.
VIP guests who attended the launch along with Chef Patron Raymond Blanc MBE, celebrated the collaboration with Lanson Champagne.
Following the launch Raymond will hosted dinner in the brasserie and personally spent time at each table so guests could ask their “burning” culinary questions, finding out how to become more sustainable when cooking and the secrets to growing the perfect kitchen garden. Guests dined from a specially created five course meal alongside two of Lanson’s Champagnes that perfectly complement the menu.
Guests also had the chance to purchase a copy of Simply Raymond, the ultimate guide to cooking beautiful dishes at home, and get it personally inscribed by Raymond.
As part of Brasserie Blanc’s partnership with Lanson Champagne the Fulham Reach brasserie will be launching its version of afternoon tea – “Champagne & Souffle”. Between 3pm and 5pm Monday to Friday guests will be able to enjoy a glass of Lanson paired with a strawberry soufflé.
The brasserie will also be running the following throughout the summer.
- Happy Hour – two for one on selected drinks Monday to Friday 5pm to 7pm
- Steak Night – every Wednesday from 5pm
- Live music – every Thursday from 7pm to 9pm
- Sunday roasts
- Lunch Club – free glass of wine when you dine for June. July and August will see guests enjoying a glass of Mirabeau Rosé Spritz
Overlooking the river, Brasserie Blanc Fulham Reach is part of the Distillery Wharf development and is five minutes walk from the transport connections of Hammersmith.
