Where to Stay
Hilton Brighton Metropole
The Hilton Brighton Metropole is an opulent hotel opposite the Brighton seafront. Dating from the 1890s, the Victorian hotel is designed with a classic and model feel. It offers a health club with an indoor pool and spa. The location is ideal as the Royal Pavilion, Brighton Palace Pier, British Airways i360 viewing tower, and The Lanes are nearby. Pet-friendly and currently offering a bespoke family experience, this hotel accommodates all travellers.

Where to Eat
Etci Kitchen
Located in Brighton’s buzzing hub, Etci Kitchen serves delicious authentic Turkish food that is packed with flavour. Walking in you are enveloped by lively conversations, stylish interiors, and kebabs grilling on an open flame. The lovely staff goes above and beyond to ensure you have an enjoyable experience. If celebrating a birthday do let them know as they will add candles to your desert and sing you happy birthday – including the guests! Recommendations: Yoğurtlu Adana (house special) and the Mixed Kebab.

Where to Go
Globalls
Globalls is an ultraviolet mini-golf venue located in Brighton’s marina, offering a 12-hole Jurassic and Tropicana course. Your game is accompanied by marvellous life-size neon sculptures and wall art. From a nail-varnished gorilla to a red-horned triceratops, Globalls offers a unique indoor golfing experience for everyone. Tickets are affordable and beverages/glow accessories are available. Happy golfing!

Brighton Palace Pier
If you’re looking for some fun and thrill, then Brighton Palace Pier is the right spot for you. Offering yummy food stalls, two indoor arcades, and a funfair, you forget that you are inches above the sea. I recommend visiting the ‘Donuts & Churros’ stall at the entrance, the churros there are some of the best I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for something heavier, West Pier Fish and Chips serve a hearty portion of fish and chips for a decent price.

British Airways i360
Just a minute walk from Brighton’s Upside-Down House, British Airways i360 viewing tower is a must-see attraction. In an enclosed glass viewing pod, experience the best views of Brighton and the south coast 450ft high. Inside the pod, you have access to the Sky Bar where you can admire the views with your favourite cocktail on hand. Exiting the pod, you can visit their gift shop and purchase trinkets to remember your trip.

The Lanes
The Lanes is Brighton’s lively quarter that has great places to dine, shop, and explore. Along the twisting alleyways, you’ll find quirky cafes, luxury boutiques, and independent jewellers. The architecture is a blend of colourful shop exteriors and medieval houses. Indeed, there is nowhere quite like it. For a place to eat, I would recommend Zaitoon, a Middle Eastern café serving delicious traditional dishes with lots of vegan/vegetarian options. Recommendations: Sharing Meze, Chicken Shawarma, Potato Swirl.
