The 70s were a formative time for artist Kate Winskill. David Bowie was an icon of the time, musically and visually, and is a major character in her Famous Face artwork collection. As part of this Famous Face series, Kate Winskill has painted from vintage photography, using watercolour, acrylic and varnishes and has added digital colouring to create pop artist inspired pieces. Different colour ways are available to create grids of portraits in a range of colours.
