Razzamataz Theatre Schools was established in 2000 and offers exceptional training in dance, drama and singing together with exciting opportunities to perform.
The classes cover everything from traditional West End musical theatre through to street dance, pop singing and acting for camera. Students gain valuable insights into the industry with regular special guest workshops led by experienced professionals from stage and screen.
There is a strong focus on performance opportunities to help students develop their confidence and potential and to allow every child the chance to step into the spotlight. Every year amazing performance opportunities are offered including the chance to perform at Disneyland Paris, the O2 Arena and Her Majesty’s Theatre in London’s West End!
The ethos throughout all the classes is on having fun, making new friends and enjoying being active leading to happy and healthy children. Most importantly of all, every child is supported, celebrated and given equal opportunity. We aim to build confidence and to inspire futures.
Many students have gained professional performing work ranging from shows in the West End to leading acting roles on TV, thanks to our partnership with an established talent agency.
Classes for the main school start at age 4 through to 18. There are also parent assisted classes for little ones who are aged 2 and 3 as well as focused classes to help prepare students for professional vocational college auditions.
Here at Wimbledon our team of fully qualified, DBS checked and industry experienced teachers love to inspire, nurture and support our talented students. We also do lots outside of our Saturday classes, including workshops with South West London Rainbows, free Wimbledon library workshops and much more.
Whether children come to gain confidence, make new friends, to have fun or perhaps to pursue the dream of achieving a career in the performing arts – we are here to provide the tools to help them achieve their goal.
