From twinkling trails and toe-tapping tunes to riotous pantos and reimagined festive classics, Christmas 2025 is serving up more sparkle, story, and seasonal mischief than ever. Whether it’s first steps through a winter wonderland or festive cheer in the stalls, we have some sensational events that will be offering up something for every age, stage and sleigh-load of Christmas spirit across the UK.
Christmas at the Old Royal Naval College
Families will have the opportunity to meet Father Christmas as the Old Royal Naval College host their beloved Storytelling sessions every weekend in December. They will also have family favourite The Elves and the Magic Bear return where younger audiences and Mrs Claus are tasked with the important mission of saving Christmas after heaps of unopened letters are found, with songs, magic and a special guest! For the music-lovers, Christmas Carol Concerts will be held on 1st, 8th, 15thDec, delivered by the award-winning Trinity Laban Chapel Choir and film buffs can enjoy a Scrooge Film Orchestra screening and performance on the 13th December.
A Fairytale for Christmas | 31st October – 22nd December |UK Tour

Sell-out family Christmas favorite A Fairytale for Christmas will be returning with its biggest tour yet. This world-class concert beautifully blends well-known festive music with Irish dance and Celtic hits. The fantastic celebration promises to combine the merriment of Christmas with the joy of St Patrick’s Day including crowd favourites such as I Wish It Could Be Christmas Every Day, Step into Christmas, alongside Irish Classics from The Irish Rover to Dirty Old Town.
The Overtones | 5th November – 10th December – UK Tour

Celebrating their milestone 15th anniversary, multi-platinum vocal harmony group The Overtones are hitting the road this winter with the ultimate festive tour. Audiences across the UK can expect a dazzling evening of smooth harmonies and soulful classics. From toe-tapping Doo-wop to heartwarming Christmas favourites, the show is an all-singing, all-dancing celebration packed with joy, and undeniable charm. With their signature style and infectious energy, Mark, Darren, Jay, and Mike invite fans, old and new, to dress up and sing loud. A feel-good festive experience for the whole family.
How Does Santa Go Down The Chimney | 15th Nov – 3rd Jan |Unicorn Theatre

Can Santa post himself in a parcel? Come in disguise as the Christmas turkey? Or step out of a festive movie on TV? The world premiere of Mac Barnett and Jon Klassen’s hilariously funny picture book, will be spreading some festive cheer! As the Unicorn’s first co-production with experimental theatre makers Told by an Idiot,, this comic Christmas caper will present a thrilling fusion of physical comedy, live music and anarchic fun for audiences aged 2 to 102.

Prepare for a rockin’ Christmas as That’ll Be Christmas takes audiences on a sleigh ride through classic festive hits, including Rockin Around the Christmas Tree, Step into Christmas, Last Christmas and many more. Expect holiday cheer as not only does performer and creator Trevor Payne and his talented ensemble deliver phenomenal music performances, the show is also sprinkled with laugh-out-loud sketches for the whole family to enjoy.
Wicked Witches – A Popular Panto! | 18th November – 31st December | Pleasance Theatre London

Twenty years after Dorothy first tumbled to OZ she is back, and the witches are feuding. Starring legends of London queer nightlife, drag, and panto scenes, Pleasance Theatre is working in a unique collaboration with The Vaults to bring two unique pantos to Islington – an all-ages performance for families, and an outrageous after-dark adults only panto for the grown ups.
