Flavia was born in Brazil to Italian parents, moved to Italy in 2006 where she became a certified personal trainer – a health and fitness enthusiast, has been a functional PT and nutrition advisor for over ten years. She’s been based in Wimbledon for seven.

Animal lover, vegan, loves healthifying traditional baking recipes, travelling and learning new languages. Passionate about personal growth, minimalism and mindfulness.

Cancer survivor: diagnosed with stage 4 Hodgkin’s lymphoma in March 2020, finishing chemotherapy in mid-October. 

Mum to Bonita, a rescue pug, and married to Bruno for 14 years.

The Purist was born while Flavia was undergoing treatment, and was created because they couldn’t find a suitable alternative for her needs.
