From exquisite cicchetti to signature truffle ravioli and standout cocktails, TOZI Victoria delivers an exceptional dining experience just moments from Victoria Station

Tucked just moments from Victoria Station, TOZI Victoria delivers an experience that feels both refined and effortlessly welcoming. The ambience is immaculate, with warm lighting, elegant interiors, and a lively yet intimate energy that makes you want to linger, a true 10/10.

We began with cocktails, and they immediately set the bar high. La Dolce Vita, made with lemon-infused Altamura Distilleries vodka, floral syrup, crème de pêche, and Franciacorta, was beautifully balanced: sweet, floral, and delicately fizzy. The Spicy Margarita, with Tapatio Blanco tequila, Beesou honey aperitif, lime, and spicy agave, brought a vibrant contrast, fresh, slightly sweet, and with just the right kick. They were both crafted with precision and personality.

The cicchetti selection is where TOZI truly shines. We started with the seared beef carpaccio, elevated by grilled artichokes and delicate Parmesan shavings, light yet packed with flavor. The zucchini fritti were crisp, golden, and addictive. The octopus, served with chickpea purée, fennel, and fried capers, was a standout: perfectly tender with a beautiful balance of textures and a subtle Mediterranean depth.

The pasta course was exceptional. The maccheroni with rabbit ragout, taggiasca olives, and thyme was rich and comforting, with layers of flavor that unfolded with every bite. But the undisputed star was the buffalo ricotta ravioli with black truffle, TOZI’s signature dish. It was indulgent, aromatic, and simply unforgettable.

For mains, the slow-roasted Welsh lamb shoulder was melt-in-your-mouth tender, paired beautifully with braised cannellini beans that added a rustic, hearty touch. The grilled sea bream, served with fennel, samphire, and salmoriglio, offered a lighter but equally refined option, fresh, vibrant, and perfectly cooked.

The wine pairing elevated everything further. The Vermentino “Saragat” (Cantina Atzei, 2024, Sardinia) was crisp and mineral, complementing the seafood and lighter dishes beautifully. The Carignano del Sulcis “Grotta Rossa” (Santadi, 2021, Sardinia) brought depth and warmth, pairing seamlessly with the richer plates.

Dessert was the perfect ending. The Amalfi lemon, ricotta, and pine nut tart was bright, creamy, and delicately nutty, a beautiful balance of sweetness and acidity. The TOZI affogato, simple yet indulgent, delivered that classic Italian finish with effortless elegance.

What truly elevated the evening, though, was the service. Carlo Consoli was exceptional, guiding us through the menu with genuine passion, offering thoughtful recommendations, and explaining each dish in a way that made the entire experience feel curated and personal.

TOZI Victoria was a full sensory experience, with exceptional food, beautifully crafted cocktails, impeccable service, and an unbeatable location in Victoria. It’s the kind of place you leave already planning your next visit.
