Lagos-founded luxury house Bibi Lawrence unveiled a sculptural couture edit from its celebrated Oge Ntoju collection during a London Fashion Week presentation at St John’s Church on 19 February 2026.
The presentation marked the brand’s continued expansion into the UK fashion landscape, introducing London audiences to its signature language of sculptural femininity, artisanal surface development, and contemporary African luxury.
The Collection: Oge Ntoju (A Season of Fullness)
“Oge Ntoju,” an Igbo phrase meaning a time of abundance and fullness, explores themes of prosperity, growth, and divine flourishing through the symbolism of florals. Within the collection, flowers transcend decoration to become architectural forms, representing expansion, beauty, and becoming.
For London Fashion Week, two couture looks were presented as a focused edit:
Look I: The Orchid Dress

A sculptural silk gown featuring a hand-painted orchid structure floating along the hemline. The corseted bodice is finished with meticulously hand-stitched raffia braiding at the bust, complemented by raffia-covered spherical embellishments at the sleeves, merging organic texture with architectural precision.
Look II: The Rose Dress

A structured corseted silhouette composed of layered rose-petal formations encapsulating the bust and framing the hips, creating a dimensional bloom effect. The gown is completed with a fluid fringe hem engineered to move rhythmically with the wearer, embodying softness and vitality within structure.
Together, the two couture looks articulate the house philosophy: strength and softness coexisting in harmony.
