Meet the team at Darling Richmond & Twickenham
Editor - Marja-Leena Toseland
I'm originally from Finland and moved to the UK over 25 years ago. I now live in Kingston, not far from Richmond Park, with my three children. Darling has filled a real gap in the local publication market since its launch. We are the only local magazine specifically written for women and we continue building on our great relationship with our readers, bringing them interviews with women who influence and inspire, health and wellness advice, education news, beauty and the latest trends for home and fashion as well as local culture and arts. My broad experience in marketing and communications, (first at Nokia and later with IBM) has given me great skills for assisting businesses in the area to grow and flourish by providing them a platform through which to reach this great group of local women.
Graphic Designer - Anu West
Anu West moved to Kingston in the 80s, so she has seen the town change but there’s still nowhere else she’d rather live. She designs online and printed communications in a clean, scandinavian style and is delighted to join Darling Kingston. In her spare time Anu enjoys making jewellery and playing tennis.
Photography - Cythare Cooper
Cythare loves the sense of occasion that photography brings and feels that, like painting, it helps us see the almost missable expressions of life, and holds them timelessly for us to enjoy and reflect upon.
Having developed the ability to bring out the sparkle of even her most camera shy clients, Cythare's versatile and perceptive approach satisfies a wide range of clients within the areas of portraiture; for business and family; documenting of personal and business events; conferences; exhibitions; parties and celebrations of all descriptions. Within the arts, she photographs performing arts, bands, theatre and dance productions.
